Milford Regional Physician Group Practices Recognized for Patient Experience

Among Top Primary Care Practices in the State, Based on MHQP Survey Results

Milford Regional Physician Group (MRPG) is pleased to announce that two of its practices have received awards from Massachusetts Health Quality Partners (MHQP) for patient experience in adult primary care. Awards were given to top overall performers in a variety of categories. Following are the MRPG practices highlighted in this year’s program and categories in which they won:

  • Franklin-Wrentham Family Medicine (440 E. Central Street, Franklin): Patient-Provider Communications
  • Family Medicine Associates (68A Main Street, Medway): Patient-Provider Communications

The “MHQP Patient Experience Awards” is an annual program introduced in 2018 by MHQP, a non-profit measurement and reporting organization that works to improve the quality of patient care experiences in Massachusetts. MHQP conducts the only statewide survey of patient experience in primary care in Massachusetts.
