Ear, Nose, & Throat Surgeon Aditi Mohankumar, MD, Joins Milford Regional Physician Group

Milford Regional Physician Group (MRPG) is proud to welcome Aditi Mohankumar, MD, to its otolaryngology practice, Milford Ear, Nose & Throat Surgery, located at 308 Main Street, Milford.

Board certified in general otolaryngology and head and neck surgery, Dr. Mohankumar comes to MRPG from MetroWest Ear, Nose & Throat Associates. Prior to coming to Massachusetts, Dr. Mohankumar spent a few years in New Jersey working for a private practice in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.

She graduated magna cum laude from Sydney Kimmel Medical College (previously Jefferson Medical College) in Philadelphia, at which time she also volunteered to provide health care services to the homeless population and spent six months in India providing basic medical services to indigenous communities. Dr. Mohankumar then completed a five-year residency training at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine.

Dr. Mohankumar has received several awards and honors, including Resident awards for research and teaching, as well as the S. MacCuen Smith Memorial Prize in Otology. In addition, she has co-authored journal articles, presented posters at national conferences, and performed research in the areas of tinnitus and otitis media.

She treats both adult and pediatric patients for a wide range of ENT conditions, including sinus disease, nasal obstruction, allergies, ear infections, hearing loss and dizziness, thyroid nodules, salivary gland issues, snoring and sleep apnea, hoarseness and swallowing difficulty. Dr. Mohankumar performs in-office procedures and has surgical privileges at Milford Regional Medical Center.
