Kayt Kitt

Director of Population Health, Training and EMR Services

As our Director of Population Health, Training and EMR Services, Kayt is responsible for the Population Health, Training, and Referral Management teams as well as EMR use and optimization across the organization.Prior to this role, Kayt has served as MRPG’s Population Health Programs Administrator for three years. She has been instrumental in not only supporting the needs of our population health team including training, reporting and workflow development, but also in providing guidance to practitioners and staff regarding referral orders, telehealth, and iPad questionnaires, and serving as the administrative lead on our Epic Task Force.  

Prior to coming to Milford Regional Physician Group, Kayt held a variety of roles in population health at MGB, formerly known as Partners Healthcare, starting out as a Project Specialist and working her way up to an iCMP Program Manager. She also spent some time at Mass General Hospital and Newton-Wellesley Hospital. Kayt earned her Bachelor of Science and Master's Degrees from Suffolk University. She currently lives in Medway with her husband and two children.
